Tonia CreighBefore starting the Kudos Health bootcamp I had been losing weight on my own, however my motivation had really dropped and my weight was on the increase.
I really needed a kick-start and by chance I picked up a pamphlet at a local business a few days before I started my first 12 Week Boot Camp session. My first thought was ‘I am not fit enough to do that’. I went along anyway and have not looked back! The different levels of intensity suit all fitness levels. After a few sessions I realised that I did not need to be ‘super fit’ to do this as my endurance increased with each session. I feel I can always manage to keep up with the different levels of intensity offered. The other boot campers are always so positive, motivating, cheeky and fun! I lost 9kg during my first 12 Week Boot Camp. I still have a lot more to lose and I am positive that with KH and a better lifestyle, I will be fitter and stronger and will continue with boot camp and recommend everyone that will listen to give Kudos a go as they will not look back! I am 37 years old, have 2 young children and work 4 full days a week so time is not always on my side. Bootcamp is so achievable to fit in each week for me. With the 6am starts – I now wake up before my alarm each Tuesday and Thursday, as I know I am on my way to losing the weight forever and being fitter and stronger each week! Kudos Health bootcamp is so achievable for any size or fitness level. Give it a go! Tonia Creigh |
