Mackenzie MyersOver the course of 6 weeks the Stress Less program has helped me develop strategies to not only cope with stress but identify and respond to it in ways that directly meet my lifestyle needs.
I’ve no doubt the strategies developed will be implemented during many stages of my life and will be a constant tool in which I can use to reduce stress and anxiety. The program encouraged me to reflect on my habits and behaviours and make changes in areas that were not suiting me. The weekly phone calls helped me reflect on my week and build habits going forward into the next week. Mick’s passion and knowledge for this program was evident throughout the 6 weeks and I would highly recommend it to anyone who experiences stress in any aspect of their life - which let’s face it is all of us!
