WHAT IS IN THE K16 PACKAGE? - Nutrition Framework: This nutrition framework will have you feeling amazing. There is no question about it! You will lose body fat, increase energy levels and mental alertness, reduce stomach bloating and have much better sleep. - Access to group fitness classes: (Tuesday - Thursday 6-6:45am @ Kahibah) This is the Group Fitness component of our program. Sessions are designed with a number of elements in mind: fitness, fat loss, increasing strength, mobility and fun! They also cater to all fitness levels and we provide options for beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises.. - Customised independent Workouts: These can be for a gym, at home, outdoors, running based, core strengthening, mobility - whatever you like! They are designed to help you maximise and speed your results - Health Coaching sessions: Every 8 weeks you will have access to a one-on-one coaching session to help you work through any struggles you may be having (mental or physical), working on habit modifications and any self-limiting thoughts / behaviours that may be limiting your progress - Fortnightly Challenges: These may be workouts challenges to give you that extra push, mindset / motivation challenges or behavioural challenges. Either way they are hugely beneficial to improving your health. - Meditation audios for stress, anxiety and sleep - Check-ins: These will take place week 1, 8 and 16 to track your amazing progress. - Weekly contact with your Health Coach for tips and guidance moving forward.
