Coming to a gym not knowing how to use anything and struggling with the fear of people in the gym, Mick immediately made me feel at ease. His friendly, approachable personality made me feel like this would work and I overcome my fear of the gym.
Mick is great at explaining what we are doing and why we are doing it. The support that I have received from learning the new equipment to mental awareness coaching and nutritional information I am truly grateful for. Through the guidance that Mick has provided it made me want to spend time at the gym rather than sitting at home stressing about what ever is happening at the time - the mindfulness has really helped with this.
The sessions at the gym that I attended always have something different to do and I can feel that I feel stronger from these sessions.
