I recently attended the LIFTED Workshop with Mick from Kudos Health and found him to be a very knowledgeable and confident presenter.
I came away with a new sense of purpose.
I found the workshop was beneficial in many ways, especially the Mindfulness and Gratitude components. I find I am more aware of my emotions and less anxious. I do a lot of self talk like reminding myself to stop getting anxious about the things that I can't change and have no control over. I am more mindful of my surroundings and more connected with nature. I am living more in the moment and reflecting on the simple things in life and feel grateful for what I have and the people in my life.
I would highly recommend the LIFTED Workshop to everyone.
