I decided to give a PT a go with no real intention of commitment. After my first session with Kudos Health I knew it was the boost I needed so I decided to commit to 2 PT sessions per week. I loved every session and it changed the way I felt about the gym. I was going 3 days a week on my own and 2 days with my trainer Mick. I was able to reach out with questions around diet and advice for cookbooks, which was awesome.
