Peta SchneiderAfter a dismissal week of skiing due to being overweight, unfit, aching all over and my 50th birthday fast approaching I decided to join the Kudos Health K12 Ladies Bootcamp Program.
I love this program - every work out is varied and challenging. Keeping a food diary and getting weekly feedback from Mick helped with accountability and staying focused on my goal. I'm feeling fitter, stronger and nearly 10kgs lighter. Skiing this season was a blast. Thanks Mick for your encouragement and dedication to better health. Peta Schneider |
