Daniel FrithI started training with Kudos Health in June 2013 after a strong recommendation from a friend. My previous workout knowledge and history were limited, containing inconsistent visits to the gym, poor eating choices and ineffective workout regimes.
Even though I was attending the gym on a regular basis I noticed my fitness level was going backwards rather than improving. I didn’t notice how bad my fitness had become until my first week of training had commenced. Although I may initially dread the training sessions, they are highly effective and customised regularly to keep you and your body on your feet and to avoid getting comfortable. Mick is there to guide you along each exercise, watch your form and give you encouragement even if all you feel like doing is dropping a dumb bell on his foot. He also provides step-by-step workouts that make working out alone in the gym easy and not as daunting. Since starting with Kudos Health my eating and perception of food have completely changed. The encouragement, knowledge and accountability that come with training with Mick make it easy to see that healthy eating is a lot easier than you think. I lost 10kg during the first part of my fitness journey with Kudos and cannot wait to see the results that I achieve in the future. I would highly recommend training with Kudos Health.
