At first I was nervous and shy about doing the LIFTED workshop, which when I sat with myself told me that it was something I should invest in.
The workshop was fun and engaging. Mick had everyone relaxed and laughing right away. It was nice to connect with other people and learn together.
I had a few “ah ha” moments that resonated with me. I enjoyed the breath work and have been able to implement it into my daily routine. The mindfulness and meditation was also interesting to learn.
I would definitely recommend LIFTED to everyone - especially if anxiety or stress are impacting your day to day.
