Janette PatersonAfter suffering a couple of injuries and unable to continue my K12 and personal training with Mick, I was feeling a little lost.
Mick suggested that I use this time, while healing my body, to complete the 12 week Health Coaching program and look at other ways of helping myself, while I was unable to exercise the way I used to. I like structure and being accountable and, through this structured weekly program, Mick was able to challenge established negative thought patterns and habits by working with me to identify them and turning them around to positive thoughts and actions. Also, Mick worked with me when there were some stressful situations that came up during this program and we used his techniques to cope and thrive through those times. I particularly enjoyed the week where each day you identify a win of the day and sharing it with Mick. It changes your mindset to look at the positives of the day first instead of maybe what has not gone so well. Mick is an extremely caring and knowledgeable person and was available at times outside the weekly ‘chats’ if I had any questions to ask or needed help. If you want to challenge yourself to achieve unrealised goals or want to change your negative thought patterns and move into a positive and healthy mental and physical space, this program, working with Mick, is definitely for you!
