Dylan McInhernyI started training with Kudos Health at the start of 2015. Before that I was in the worst shape I’d ever been in. I was eating takeaway at least twice a day and the only physical activity I was doing was going to work on a day-to-day basis. Luckily for me I have a pretty physical job and that gave me some satisfaction in the way of keeping fit.
Since commencing training with Kudos I’ve given up the fast food and started meal prepping on a weekly basis. Mick has shown me the importance of eating clean and also has given me the inspiration to get myself to 2 PT sessions a week as well as going other days on my own after work. I’ve lost 6 kilos in the few months I’ve been training with Kudos and finally trimmed down my solid beer gut. I can’t thank Mick enough for what he’s done for me.
