This was the first ‘mental health workshop’ I have engaged in so I was curious & unsure what to expect.
The agenda was a good balance of scope with enough detail to make sense and provide a range of strategies that can easily be integrated into daily routines.
I felt comfortable throughout the workshop. We had opportunity to practice techniques presented and Mick kept the topics and the energy moving at a steady pace that kept us moving together. It wasn't too long or too short, Goldilocks was definitely in the room.
I left the workshop with a new appreciation and skillset for investing in my own positive mindset and mental fitness as a regular routine, something I had never previously given any thought to.
I would recommend this workshop to everyone trying to manage their way through the demands of work / home / kids / study / me-time and everything else.
