Coaching
As a coach I work with clients to help them make significant shifts in their lives. Sometimes those shifts may be physical, other times mental.
Often the process involves modifying engrained destructive lifestyle habits or thinking patterns.
In coaching sessions we identify "why" clients engage in certain behaviours or thinking patterns even though they may know they are counterproductive to their health and wellbeing.
Applying mindfulness is bloody easy! The challenge is in REMEMBERING to be mindful.
Mindfulness is a moment by moment awareness of your environment, physical sensations, thoughts and emotions. 7 Days of Mindfulness introduces you to 7 ways you can introduce mindfulness to your daily life. When implemented consistently, these simple and practical strategies will have you well on your way to becoming a Mindful Man!
Anxiety at times can seem as though it has its tight grasp around your entire life!! I know this because for me, this is exactly how it has shown up in my life for as long as I can remember.
Fortunately I decided to investigate. To learn about anxiety and ways to better deal with it on a daily basis so it didn't constantly feel like I was drowning. This learning journey began in 2015 and since then I've done a heap of research, a number of courses, a ton of trial and error, pages and pages of journaling, a lot of reflection and MANY hours meditating.
This online program is a compilation of my learnings over the years and my personal favourite strategies to help tame anxiety. I have also used these strategies with clients to help them get a better handle on their own anxiety.
