Liz FreemanI stumbled upon Kudos Health by chance in January 2013 and since then have not looked back. I have exercised and been active most of my life but I can honestly say that when I started with Mick I wasn’t particularly fit and needed the motivation to get back on track.
One of the things I love about training with Kudos Health is the variety in each of the classes and that every one offers something different which keeps things interesting. I find Mick always provides the encouragement to make you realise you can do it, you can keep going and push yourself that little bit further every time. In the time I have trained with KH my fitness and energy levels have increased and I have gained significant body strength, which I now realise, I was totally lacking. I am also very happy with the results training with Mick has also had on my muscle tone and body shape. I love when my kids tell me I have big muscles!! Mick is professional and dedicated to helping you improve your fitness and reach your goals. It is pretty clear to anyone that trains with Mick that he loves his job and it is that quality about him that I find inspiring. Liz Freeman |
