I thoroughly enjoyed the Lifted workshop. The space was very appropriate and despite being with a small group of strangers, I felt comfortable and welcome.
I found the workshop activities very reflective, which I appreciated. However, the strong focus on looking ahead, being more mindful and developing effective strategies to improve my mental fitness meant that I left the workshop feeling very positive.
Mick’s manner was very calm, confident and reassuring. I recommend the workshop as a useful tool for any who prioritise good mental fitness.
