I enrolled in the 'Lifted' class following a period of feeling down and lost. The class was exactly what I needed at the time.

Mick, the facilitator, was welcoming and respectful and made the experience fun. I learned some tools that assist me in checking in with myself, tools that help me set and maintain my intentions and attitude for the day.

Additionally, the course showed me ways to be mindful and to have gratitude for the beauty in my life.

In the time since participating in the Lifted workshop, I have adopted what Mick has taught, finding my mindset and attitudes have shifted in a more positive direction.
