7 Days of Mindfulness teaches you 7 ways you can introduce mindful living into your daily life. When implemented consistently, these simple and practical strategies will have you well on your way to experiencing the infinite benefits more mindful living has to offer.
How it works: Implement 1 mindfulness activity daily over 7 days.
After the 7 days if you really want to step it up follow the guidelines below: Day 1 - Activity 1 Day 2 - Activity 1&2 Day 3 - Activity 1,2&3 etc until… Day 7 - Activity 1,2,3,4,5,6&7
After consistently practising these mindful living techniques, you will begin to feel more calm, present, connected and content with what life has to offer.
