I recently attended the LIFTED workshop. It was a small group, all strangers - yet we were instantly made to feel comfortable with each other due to the relaxed environment.
The session was thoroughly enjoyable and provided me with great insight into the importance of investing in my own mental health. It has empowered me to be more aware of myself, both in body and mind, and has inspired me to take a more proactive approach towards caring for myself.
The session also provided me with some great foundational skills to manage my mental health and I look forward to practicing these skills. The concepts of Mindfulness, meditation, breath work and a shift away from negative thoughts towards a more positive mindset have inspired me to pursue a more holistic approach to my health and wellbeing.
I would recommend the LIFTED workshop to everybody particularly those who may be struggling with anxiety and or depression. That said anyone would benefit from attending.
