Mick puts so much variety into each session and even though I am pushed to my physical limits, I always walk away feeling AMAZING and looking forward to my next session. Training with Mick actually makes me enjoy exercising. I have always been physically active, but training with Mick has made me more so and inspired me to take on new challenges. I have entered the Raw Challenge with the Kudos Krew, done an individual Triathlon – twice and got a boxing bag for Christmas. Mick’s dedication and commitment to you is evident in that he encourages and supports you constantly in your goal to being healthy and physically fit. His calm and caring nature means that he never yells at me to plank longer or row harder… it’s always an encouraging – “You got this”.
