The program includes nine Health Coaching sessions over nine weeks that take place over the phone. There are three sessions per pillar, that contain practical weekly action steps to help bring the content to YOUR real life experience.
The three pillars are interconnected and each play a hugely important role in creating peak health and wellness.

Pillar 1) Optimal Movement and Nutrition Discover the most efficient and effective movement and nutrition strategy for YOU. Forget off the shelf cookie cutter diets - this is about creating a way of eating that suits you, your lifestyle and your needs that is enjoyable, realistic and maintainable.
Pillar 2) Create healthier lifestyle habits Over time we see, learn, repeat and solidify behaviours that become our ingrained habits. A lot of the way we live plays out on auto-pilot - and a good portion of these behaviours are not in line with our health and wellness. The crazy thing is - we know this! In Pillar 2 you'll learn how to modify these habits and create healthier habits that last.
Pillar 3) Combat stress with Meditation and Mindfulness Stress is the cause of a great deal of our suffering. It results in physiological harm to our bodies, poor decision making around food and lifestyle choices, negatively impacts upon our mental / emotional health, turns us into a snappy parent or employee or partner, and unfortunately the list goes on and on. Meditation and Mindfulness are two of the most widely used and successful strategies to better deal with stress, and in Pillar 3 you'll learn ways in which you can apply them to your daily life.
