I really enjoyed Lifted - the Mental Fitness workshop. Right from the moment I signed up Mick was supportive, helpful and informative to keep me up-to-date and ensure I was well prepared for the workshop.
The Lifted workshop has helped me become more aware of my thoughts, my emotions and myself. I feel much less anxiety, reduced stress and have learned simple strategies to navigate life’s challenges, improve my mental wellbeing & strengthen my mental fitness.
Throughout the workshop Mick was engaging, enlightening and discussed scenarios easy to relate to.
I have learned Mindfulness & Meditation can be simplified into my daily routine and has taught me how to fully experience the present, to slow down and enjoy the now.
I believe this is a wonderful way get in touch with yourself, and assist building a healthier relationship with yourself, as well as those around you.
