I had the pleasure of attending Mick's workplace Mindfulness For Stress Management and Nutrition For Life & Healthy Habit Creation workshops.
Right from the beginning Mick's easy, welcoming manner captured the audience and held us engaged throughout the entirety. Mick is experienced, engaging and very knowledgeable in the field. He made everyone feel comfortable and calm in participating with meditation and gave us practical key takeaways that can be applied immediately.
Health and wellbeing in the workplace should be made a priority and Mick was able to provide valuable awareness and resources around this important matter.
