Anxiety at times can seem as though it has its tight grasp around your entire life!! I know this because for me, this is exactly how it has shown up in my life for as long as I can remember.
Fortunately I decided to investigate - to learn about anxiety and ways to better deal with it on a daily basis so it didn't constantly feel like I was drowning.
This online program is a compilation of the seven most valuable strategies I have personally used to help me better deal with anxiety (this is a result of trial and error over the past 10 years). These strategies also get the tick of approval from clients with high levels of anxiety that I work with.

How it works: - Firstly fill out the Anxiety check-in document to record how anxiety impacts upon your daily life - Watch one video and implement one strategy each day for seven days - After implementing each strategy and relevant action steps, fill out the notes document below each video - After the seven days you will have implemented seven different strategies to help you better deal with anxiety. I would then highly recommend returning to the beginning and delving into the strategies one by one for about a week. This will give you a greater understanding of each strategy, and you will begin to learn when they may be most applicable to you and your real life anxiety-inducing situations - From here you can pick and choose strategies to suit the situation and to help limit the negative effects of anxiety each and every day
