My life up until recently has been one of sheer existing, and then only just hanging on at times. I have been living in a negative world and have been exhausted all the time. My life has been on a constant spiral downward. That all changed when I met Mick from Kudos Health. Mick has shown me the steps I needed to take to heal and move forward. He has given me the tools to actually gain control over my life. He cares. He is a constant source of support and action. I am doing all the hard work, and to be honest on some dark days the demons appear … but I feel that I can now face them. My life is changing everyday. Little by little I am gaining control over every aspect of it. I’m no longer just existing – for the first time I feel like I’m engaged in life! I’m living!
