Tania BockI was looking for a PT because I was starting to feel really unhealthy and unhappy with myself. I knew I needed help as I wasn’t getting anywhere on my own. 2 years previously, I was the fittest I’d ever been but I lost my motivation & put the 10kg back on. I was worried that if I didn’t do something about it that I was going to end up in a really bad headspace. I’ve had 2 PTs before & was hoping that my next one would be better. Thankfully, I found Mick at Kudos Health.
I have never been bored with Mick’s sessions. Whenever I have thought “I can’t do this” I know it’s all in my head since Mick challenges me, but has never pushed me so hard that I have failed or felt defeated. Sometimes, I see other trainers with their regular clients & they seem to be doing the same session every couple of weeks & I feel grateful that I have a trainer that mixes it up & keeps it fresh. I love that some of the exercises that scare me or that I hate doing, become less scary & easier. Then Mick gives me new exercises to be scared of or hate. I love feeling that sense of accomplishment when I don’t dread that exercise anymore or it becomes easier. I feel stronger in my body as well as my mind. Mick also talks nutrition with me, about mindset, accountability & keeping on track. I really do feel grateful that out of all the PTs, I found one that is so well rounded, keeps me on track (when I don’t deliberately run off the track) and has never made me feel like rubbish when I run off the track. His main concern is helping me find out what I need to do to get back on track. Mick is a champion trainer & I can’t recommend him highly enough. Tania Bock |
