Lisa PWhen my walking buddy and neighbour said she'd signed us up for K12 Ladies bootcamp I can't say I was impressed - as a 57 year old who has never even been in a gym, I wasn't at all sure I would enjoy it.
Well what can I say - after our free trial we signed up (and my neighbour got a hug from me) and I can honestly say I'm loving bootcamp! Mick and the other ladies support and friendliness just makes the experience. So go grab your girlfriend or sister or neighbour and try it out! I SO RECOMMEND IT! Lisa P |
