Mackenzie MyersI started training with Kudos Health a little over 8 weeks ago and already feel like I have gained so much knowledge, strength and confidence. I had been going to the gym on and off for the past couple of months but didn’t feel like I had made any progress and was doing the same workouts over and over again and getting bored. I decided to contact Mick to start his 12 week K12 program.
In 5.5 half weeks, I had lost 8.9kg! Between the nutrition framework, the training sessions and Micks encouragement and support, you have everything you need to succeed. After a couple of weeks, I couldn’t get enough of training and decided to start Personal Training sessions. I now train with Mick 3 times a week and look forward to every session as they are all different, challenging and fun. There is so much conflicting knowledge in the health and fitness industry that it is hard to know where to start, what’s right for you and what to believe. Mick will put your mind at ease by keeping things simple and reflective of your goals. Mick’s knowledge, support and kindness is an asset to anyone. Thanks for everything so far Mick! |
