The Anxiety 7 in 7 program was honestly exactly what I needed. Everything from the content itself, the way it's delivered and the practices Mick teaches made it easy to implement these actions into my daily life.
Being busy and running a business, I've always struggled with stress and anxiety, but the practices I learned and worked in throughout the program have already had a huge impact on me. The activities took 5-10 minutes a day, and gave me easy strategies and tips I could start doing every day without the added stress of needing to add more hours to my day to work on them.
Since finishing the program, I've found it really easy to keep using the techniques Mick teaches in my day when I feel overwhelmed or stressed, and have already noticed a huge improvement in my mood, mindset and energy. I'm not finding myself feeling as anxious as I was before, because I feel like now I have the tools I need, and can easily use, to help level my mind again and regain control of my day.
