The three workshops that my team participated in with Mick were enlightening and so beneficial to each of us. The workshops were extremely well run and exceeded our expectations.
It is interesting to hear the reservations of the team before the first workshop, but then they were so keen to participate in the following two and then disappointed that we reached the conclusion of the last workshop.
The outcome has been brilliant. Our team use the skills and tools they learnt to manage stress better and be more mindful and grateful.
