I recently had the opportunity of participating in the Workplace Wellness course presented by Mick. Mick did 3 one-hour sessions over the course of 3 weeks.
Each Thursday morning I woke up and asked myself "What am I most looking forward to today" and the answer was the WW session with Mick. These sessions changed the way I thought about stress and stress management, and taught me to really be present in the moment.
If you are thinking about doing the program with Mick in your workplace, do it! Get on the phone and book him in. You won't believe the change it can bring not only to your workplace, but also your home life.
